Door Supervisors

Early on in whilst talking to clients, we decided to expand our in house services by providing our own Door Supervisors. This was done after listening to our clients wishes for a professional company to offer a full and complete one company service to them.

We will only deploy fully trained, vetted Door supervisors at any venue.

Our Door Supervisors come from many diverse backgrounds with a great variety of experiences.  This makes them the ideal choice for your venue as they call on these experiences and training when dealing with any situations that may arise. Occasionally on larger complexes or venues which have more than two Door Supervisors we select a head Door Supervisor who maintains the efficient operation of any good door team.

Our fully uniformed SIA licensed Door Supervisors are amongst the finest and well trained in the Southwest of England. All our officers are SIA registered, vetted and meet British Standards 7858 and 7499. Either working individually or as part of a team our Supervisors are trained in first aid, fire fighting and conflict management and deliver the best possible service to our clients.

Working carefully with the venue owners and licensees, the police and local council we utilise our staffs many years experience in this field to ensure we meet all particular requirements.

All our Door Supervisors receive regular on-the-job training and we constantly seek to improve the level of service we provide, by regularly auditing our venues and giving our clients feedback so the service they expect from a professional company such as P.A.W Dogs Ltd is maintained.

Our Door Supervisors will be also trained specifically for each venue and clients needs. They will monitor customer levels ensuring people who are underage, intoxicated or behaving inappropriately do not enter the venue. They will work closely with the P.A.W Dogs Ltd Drugs Dog units and local police.

They will also conduct searches and remove anyone who is behaving in an antisocial manner while preventing the use of controlled substances or, other acts not conducive with your venues business, this may be by use of our own highly trained dog units as part of the provided services or as a call to a unit nearby to assist in a search.
