Our search teams are responsible for providing a specialist level of security that can provide either a stand-alone service or co-exist alongside an existing in-house security operations. P.A.W. Dogs Ltd provides these specialist services to be deployed in either a planned or reactive role.

 

Planned searches

 These are carried out as part of the client’s ongoing security operation on a regular or random basis. Sweeping areas for the presence of explosive materials and provide a high profile deterrent, thereby reducing the risk that these areas may be targeted. Planned searches may be used at premises such as:

 

• Hotels

• Hospital

• Schools or Educational Establishments

• Ports & Airports

• Conference and Exhibition Centre’s

• Vehicle entrance points to scan vehicles entering/exiting specific areas

• High profile locations and attractions

• Concerts or large area’s used for any public gathering

• Private social functions where there may be a valid threat.

 

Reactive searches 

 Are intended to counteract specific threats, commenced when intelligence and/or circumstances dictate that the threat level is high, or in response to a perceived threat such as an unattended package or vehicle.

In these circumstances we will deliver a strategy that best fits the client’s requirements including budget. Often our costs can be offset by reductions in insurance premiums – please speak to us for more details.

All dog handler teams are highly trained with various explosive substances, experienced, equipped and motivated to carry out their duties in a professional and effective manner, with as little disruption to your workplace or event.

We can provide demonstrations of our dog handler teams and their capabilities to potential clients at your own premises if required.
